Head of Commercial Business
I am working with one of the biggest Telcom providers in Europe who need to add a new Senior Member to their team. This is a new role where you will be expected to look after the Sales and Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Devise and implement a comprehensive Revenue, Sales & Marketing strategy for the business.
* Deliver on all budget targets across all revenue generating areas of the business.
* Understand and define the competitive position of the company in the market environment.
* Monitor and evaluate existing revenue sales and marketing activities including budget's forecast and business goals. Effect changes in these activities where appropriate.
* Develop a robust and effective team structure to support all revenue sales and marketing efforts for the business.
* Work with existing staff to build a good team spirit with clear role definitions.
* Lead and develop the revenue sales and marketing team to greater success.

Key Requirements:
* 5+ years recent experience in business development or marketing fields
* A proven history of successful leadership
* Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills
* Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Up to date on the Telecom industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
* Must show passion for technology
