Azure Expert MSP Ergo are seeking a number of L2 Infrastructure Support Engineers for a permanent roles in their newly refurbished offices in Eastpoint, Dublin.
In this exciting and challenging role you will join a high-performing team supporting some of Ireland's biggest companies on the MS Cloud stack (O365 / Azure).
You will work at the leading edge of IT engineering projects in Ireland and forge a career at a company recently awarded Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for the 5th time in 10 years.

This position includes a 24 x 7 Shift Rota but there is flexibility to work from home and excellent bonuses available.

What will you do?
* Provide remote and desktop support to local users on Microsoft stack
* Get involved in project work
* IT Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server environment
* System backups and storage
* Network monitoring and support
* Desktop & Server Virtualisation
You should have experience in some / all of the following?
* Previous experience in a similar role (Level 2 Engineer, Systems Administrator)
* Office 365 / Azure (Teams, Exchange, One Drive etc.)
* Windows Server
* Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, GPO
* VMWare / Citrix
* MS Systems Centre / Config Manager (SCCM, Intune, etc.)
* Professional certifications an advantage
