Seeking Senior Change Manager Consultants or Experienced Business Transformation Managers with Multinational Organisational background.
Global Organisation, with operations across manufacturing, software applications through to Supply Chain, Finance and Automation Solutions is seeking 2 Senior Change / Transformation Managers or Programme Directors to lead major Business Transformation & Digitisation Programmes internally across its corporate functions / Global Divisions.
You will have responsibility for delivering strategic large-scale, high value programmes globally, driving operational efficiencies and implementing business change, transforming the organisation.
Some of the Major Strategic Change Programmes include:
* Creation of a Global Data Analytics CoE (centre of excellence)
* Transformation of Global Supply Chain & predicted bottlenecks
* Consolidation of 15 Disparate Contract Management Systems into a single Digital platform
* Designing Future state Manufacturing capability through Automation & Digitalisation
* Delivery of multiple IT Programmes - Enterprise Solutions (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, etc)
This opportunity will allow you to join a Multinational Organisation, a Global Leading organisation in its industry, interfacing directly with CxO Senior Leadership and working on one of a variety of Programmes & projects across any/many corporate functional area (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, SCM, Software /Technology, etc) providing business advisory services (including Change Management, Change Leadership), business process improvement, business operations transformation projects & programs, providing strategic consultancy services to Senior Leadership & Key Business Stakeholders internally across the globe.
These roles will suit anyone from a multinational background with expertise in strategic areas such as Change management, Business Transformation, Senior Program / Programme Management, Business Advisory services, operational excellence, management consulting, Portfolio Programme Management.
You Must have this type of profile to be considered suitable.
Salary Package = Negotiable - Top Tier or Daily Rates
Contract Duration = 6 months, extendable
Location: Dublin
