We're looking for a Development Team Lead to join an Irish-owned SAAS company in Dublin. This is heavier on the leadership than a hands-on coding role (although they are flexible on that), we need someone with strong leadership skills who can help ensure the smooth running of dev processes, lead a team of developers (core team of 10), continually research new technologies and liaise with stakeholders. You will report to/work alongside the CTO.

Experience:

* 2 years' experience in a leadership capacity within a development team.
* Seasoned Software Development experience within Java environments.
* An interest in tech trends and an eagerness to explore new tech.
* Cloud native experience
* To be extremely adaptable.
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* To be a good leader and an excellent organiser.
