Windows Engineer (Powershell)

My client is a very successful multinational financial institution and they are looking to continue the recent expansion of the Dublin operations. Having opened the office a few years back they are now settled into the Irish market and have built up a number of strong technical teams here. This role marks the expansion of another team into Ireland and the successful applicant will work in tandem with teams across the US and UK.

This role will be part of a team which is absolutely crucial to my clients day to day operations. They sit in between the user support and engineering teams playing a vital role in terms of both problem solving and project delivery. The position will have an element of DevOps but primarily the focus will be on automation, so strong Powershell skills are absolutely crucial.

The successful candidate will help to shape the process around my client's application life-cycle and re-package, test, and certify their current desktop application suite. Ideally, the right person will be an experienced application packager, however, if you're not massively skilled in that space but have great automation skills, definitely still get in touch!

Desired Tech Skills:

* Strong Windows Engineering (Windows 7 - 10, Windows Servers)
* Excellent Powershell Scripting skills
* Application packaging experience
* Experience with AD, O365, Exchange etc
* Strong troubleshooting
* Great communication skills
