TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in South Dublin is hiring for a Team Lead for a Level 1 Service Desk.
Your role will include the following duties/responsibilities:
*Onboarding of new team members to the Level 1 Service Desk.
*Coaching and helping to develop team members.
*Allocating priorities to the L1 Team Members on a daily/weekly basis.
*Monitoring SLAs and process adherence from internal teams but also external vendor groups.
*Performing Level 1 duties as required.
*Brief and train Service Desk members on Service Design models.
*Act as an escalation point within the support structure for both internal and external issues.
Experience Required
*Minimum of 2 years relevant experience delivering IT Services
*1-2 years experience as a Team Leader within an Helpdesk or IT Service Desk function.
*ITILV4 Foundation Certification
*Experienced as a Team Leader, Coach, Mentor, Trainer to new hires/current hires in an IT Environment (Helpdesk/Service Desk - This is ESSENTIAL).
*Managing support teams in a busy technical support environment.
*Excellent English - verbal & written.
*Good technical knowledge ability.
