I am currently working with a Global Organisation who are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their team on an initial 12 -24 month contract basis, expected to extend further.

Responsibilities:

* Work with various stakeholders and other teams to ensure design, code and requirements meet high standards
* Work closely with technical leads and solution architects, as well as mentor and support junior memebers
* Contribute to IT strategy to ensure that goals are met

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent formal training
* 6+ years experience working as developer
* Java, Spring Framework and REST Services
* Microservices and API design principles
* Continuous build / Integration experience (Jenkins, BitBucket, Gradle)
* AWS experience is not essential however is a plus
