Deskside Support Level 2 Technician
PFH Technology Group are looking for a Level 2 Support Technician to join our ever-expanding Service Desk department.

Duties Include:
* Providing L2 Support to our client remotely as required
* Meeting our SLA's by resolving Ticketing and Service requests
* Working closely with the client's IT Team on-site
* Take personal responsibility for ensuring an excellent relationship with the client
* IT problem solving and communicating with non-technical clients
* Manage escalations as required
Some Desired Technical Experience:
Knowledge of:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 admin
* Microsoft Apps (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
* Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
* TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls (SonicWALL), VPNs
* Familiar with backup software and solutions (Veeam, Arc Serve, Backup Exec)
* Previous experience providing Remote and/or Deskside client support.
* Windows 7 & Windows 10 troubleshooting and support in a business environment.
Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or technical equivalent experience
* An ability to communicate verbally and via email with all customers in simple and understanding manner
* An ability to follow through and close out all issues to customers' satisfaction
* An ability to assess each user's IT knowledge levels
* Being able to work under pressure
* An ability to think logically
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Good accurate records keeping
* Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Professional and flexible attitude
