Requirements
• To manage all internal product development projects.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading projects using management methodologies and processes using scrum/agile methodologies.
• Technical project management expertise.
• Scrum master certification or similar.
• Excellent understanding of software development processes/lifecycle
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with software development teams
Responsibilities:
• Coach teams on agile methodologies and support them to improve
• Help build a high performing software team
• Coach teams on agile methodologies and support them to improve
• Focus on removing blockers/issues that stand in the way of progress
• Facilitate continuous improvement of the teams and processes
• Document guidelines and processes clearly and concisely
• Work with the business and the team to ensure product and sprint backlogs are maintained and provide regular reporting of key progress metrics to stakeholders.
• Preparing reports and reporting to project sponsor and stakeholders, improving transparency to allow the product and projects to be governed based on the organisations governance requirements.
• Facilitating the Scrum sessions including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives and release planning.
• Provide input to the Management team to drive improvements in delivery, technology and structure.
