* Return to office which will bring the following type of work on top of regular support.

* New WiFi system (config on laptops)
* Equipment on desks
* Zoom flexibility - training and supporting people on big screen use
* New Firewall - possible new or updated VPN clients and content filtering to get to grips with
* Deploy Windows 10 upgrades (including dependent Anti-Virus and Drive Encryption upgrades)
* Daily routine checks
* Rollout of remaining laptops purchased earlier in the year
* Procurement and rollout of all-in-one computers for Granuaile
Irish Lights ICT environment:
* Microsoft Windows Desktops/laptops
* Microsoft Windows Server
* Microsoft SQL Server
* Microsoft Exchange, Outlook including OWA
* MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint with some Visio and Project
* Email content, spam and web filtering solutions
Users access the corporate network from MS Windows Desktops/laptops:
* In office: direct onto network;
* ILV Granuaile (Irish Lights vessel): direct onto the network (via SDWAN);
* Remote users: via AES encrypted VPN
Some applications available via Citrix.
Our "on premise" environment is primarily delivered on our VMWare infrastructure.
