Senior Support Engineer - L1 (Customer Facing)
I'm currently working with a successful and fast growing financial services organisation who are currently expanding their Dublin based L1 support team.
The role requires an experienced support technician who has extensive experience in a customer facing role. The day to day will be heavily customer focused and will involve monitoring alerts, logging into their CRM and escalating any necessary issues to L2.
Ideally you'll have experience in a financial environment and be confident working closely with clients, vendors and market participants to provide a high standard of customer support for any issues throughout financial exchanges.
Desired Technical Experience:
* 3-5 years hands on experience in an L1 customer focused tech support role
* Linux and Networking knowledge
* Application support exposure
* Experience in a financial services environment
* It would be a huge bonus if you have knowledge of electronic trading components (FIX/SBE, UDP/TCP, trading and market data services etc)
* Excellent customer focused support skills
