Project Manager – Contract - Remote

Aspira are currently looking for a project manager to join our utilities client on a contract basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities

The primary function of the role is twofold. Firstly, to ensure the business, in particular AI, are prepared for the BI platform delivery from IT and can complete the E2E delivery via PowerBI to the stakeholders. Secondly to ensure the on-time delivery of additional items (secondary source migrations) into the IT delivery pipeline.

The Programme Manager will manage a team of BAs and technical resources to delivery various pieces on analysis and technical solutions, plan and report appropriately to the stakeholders, liaise with and inform the Project Visibility Data & Information Working Group and IT. More specifically the Programme Manager will:

• Interface with IT and monitor the delivery of the supporting data warehouse
• Manage AI delivery of non-automated manually reports not deliverable by IT in phase 1
• Manage secondary source analysis and migration on to primary systems
• Manage End user report mock-up production and validation
• Manage AI BI build to tie in with End user report mock-ups and the delivery of the data warehouse from IT
• Perform programme representation and communication with various wider project and business working groups
• Perform programme representation where required for Project Visibility
• Produce weekly reporting and monthly steering reporting packs
• Be responsible for resource planning and management and overall programme planning and management
