Due to exponential growth, Aspira is currently seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to continue to drive the success of the resourcing function. 

We are open to remote workers who can work some of the time from our Cork or Dublin office. 

First and foremost, we seek someone who knows the demanding IT professional staffing & services industry, so will understand how to take requirements in this area and the importance of speed to market. The primary objective of the resourcing manager is to support and optimize the performance of the Resource Acquisition Team to maximize onsite resources by selecting the top industry talent for external/client projects.

Duties include:

  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders from diverse functional backgrounds (ie: Sales, Account Management, Software Development, Advisory, Tender Management, Marketing, HR) and be able to adapt approaches to meet individual stakeholder needs.
  • Qualify job descriptions and requirements from Account Managers and Sales
  • Delegate and prioritize vacancies to RA Team based on bandwidth and capabilities
  • Ensure team adhere to minimum standards set for resourcing
  • 1:2:1 coaching
  • Assist team with candidate search and selection to meet / exceed individual targets
  • Take ownership of vacancies for full resourcing lifecycle.
  • Arrange Internal and external interviews with candidates and key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain talent pools for forecasted demand
  • Analyze recruiter activity for market trends and forecasts
  • Vendor management across advertising platforms:  Linked In, Irish Jobs, Computer Jobs.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and review new technologies, processes and procedures to keep in line with best practice.
  • Present at weekly / monthly / quarterly operations meetings

 

Experience Required:

  • 5 years+ experience in the recruitment / resourcing industry covering the full candidate lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience for interviewing up to C-level execs.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills - Lead by example  
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Experience with the use of applicant tracking software (ie: Bullhorn, MS Dynamics CRM)
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks (Linked In)
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Be a process driven self-starter who is ambitious – results driven
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • A willingness to learn and flexibility to move with an ever-changing industry.
