DevOps Manager

This role specifically is to lead a team of 6 DevOps engineers. The role will have some hands on elements but the main focus is leadership, mentoring and organisation of the team. You'll be the key decision maker on projects and will mentor more junior members of the team. Whilst coming from a strong DevOps engineering background is important, it must be stressed that this is a people management role and you will rarely be spending your day doing hands on engineering tasks.
Desired Skills:
* Excellent people leadership skills
* Understanding of the SDLC
* Experience coordinating between multiple teams and pushing a DevOps mindset/culture
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Enable and empower your team to do their best work in an environment that encourages collaboration
The tech side is not as important, but ideally you'll have experience leading a DevOps team working in an AWS production environment.
