Systems Administrator (Windows & Linux)

I'm working with a local Fintech company who are expanding their infrastructure team to take on another experienced Systems Administrator. The core team collaborate extremely well and are looking for another talented engineer to help them deal with a hugely increased workload over the last 12 months.

This role requires an excellent communicator who's comfortable coordinating projects across multiple internal teams. One of the best things about the role is the variety of tech you'll get to work on. No two days will be the same and one thing this role will most certainly not be is boring.

My client have some big projects coming up, including a large scale datacentre migration, and the successful candidate here will be the driving force behind a number of those projects.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* Strong Windows and Linux server admin experience
* Excellent SQL knowledge
* Strong SQL Server skills (not quite DBA level but close would be ideal)
* Strong VMware experience (Vsphere)
* Windows Security - Domain controllers
* Good understanding of networking technologies
* Public cloud experience would be a bonus (ideally AWS)
