Top opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer to join a heavily backed, mature SAAS startup in Dublin. You'll contribute alongside a flat structure team of 22 engineers (no specific hierarchy), designing and developing robust services using a bleeding edge Kotlin stack, and deploying several times per day.

We're not looking for someone with Kotlin experience, we need good engineers from a JVM background essentially. This is another rapid growth phase for the company, big plans for the coming years… and you'll be in receipt of good equity options.

Experience:

* 7+ years' Software Development experience.
* Team Leadership experience.
* Experienced working in a JVM environment (Any of Scala, Java, Groovy, Kotlin etc).
* Docker/Kubernetes experience would be nice to have.
* A curious individual with the ability to contribute to technical discussions.
* Frontend experience would be beneficial (JS framework - React).
