Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Developer to join an expanding team of IT Service Specialists responsible for the Products that manage a global IT estate of a Multinational Financial Services Organisation.
You are expected to be an expert in the development and support of DevOps with some knowledge of products such as Dynatrace On-Prem, MaaS Lite, Digital.ai, AI Ops, Statuscake and others.
Working in an Agile team of Product Owners, Technical and Operations Specialists, you will be tasked with enhancing and developing new functionality, capabilities & having a say in the product roadmap as well as conducing some BAU product support. Working with the Group Architecture team, the team's focus is on continuous IT Service modernisation. As a DevOps function, you will be involved in Development, deployment and support.
This Division is in expansion & investment mode, so opportunities exist for you to build a team or to remain as a Technical DevOps Specialist.
Experience required:
* 5+ years experience in DevOps, ideally in a multinational environment
* Python developer / Jython development experience & other scripting languages
* Strong SQL skills
* Must have worked in Agile and Cloud engineered environments
* Incident support services, event & configuration management
* Core Infrastructure (Windows, Linux, SQL, Databases), automation, CI/CD
* Technical & Business skills
* Excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with corporate functional units globally
* Service Management - ITSM is advantageous
* Any product experience with tools such as Dynatrace On-Prem, MaaS Lite, Digital.ai, AI Ops, Statuscake or similar is highly desirable
Salary Range = €65-85K + bonus + benefits
