WHAT WE WANT:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our Application Support team. You will work closely with the Operations and Development teams. You will support the management, monitoring and troubleshooting of all the companies' production systems. Communication skills, flexibility and a desire to learn are essential. The ability to work on multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
The company operates on a 24*7 basis. The Application Support team cover between 0800 and 2400 including weekends and public holidays. Applicants must be available on a flexible basis to work the required shifts.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:
Monitoring of all production systems and sub-systemsIncident management, resolution and escalation of issues on all environmentsTroubleshooting and investigating issues on all applicationsMaintain the documentation set on all applications and systemsWHAT YOU NEED:
Fluent in EnglishBachelor's degree or equivalent working experienceLinux shell scripting experienceExperience of Database, Web and Mobile applicationsA good knowledge of web technologies, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, HTML & ReactA good knowledge of object-orientated programming, Java or PythonSQL Query skills (MySQL)Email me jobs like this
