Aspira are urgently seeking a Business Analyst to work on a project in the Utilities Sector in Cork.

This is a 6 months’ contract, remote initially, with on-site presence in the Cork office required post-restrictions.

Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing, tracking, and validating the integration of internal reporting requirements with a Contact Centre Service (CCS) Vendor.

Responsibilities

·        Act as a liaison between the CCS Vendor and the internal Customer Operations team

·        Co-ordination across the business to capture requirements

·        Facilitate workshops with stakeholders

·        Ensure that all internal reporting requirements are identified and provided to the Vendor

·        Identifying and capturing all affected metrics and processes

·        Track progress and validate outcome of individual reporting

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or equivalent

·        At least 3 years’ experience with identifying, capturing, and analysing data with business process impact

·        Experience with data reporting

·        Experience running business requirements workshops

·        Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels

·        Strong communication skills

·        Strong customer focus

·        Experience with CCS an advantage

·        Experience in the utilities sector an advantage
