Automation Engineer

I'm working closely with a global leader in the manufacturing industry who have an urgent requirement for an experienced Automation Engineer. My client have more than 40 years of expertise behind them and are the clear market leader in their field

As part of their team, you will be involved in machine design from concept right through to commissioning, factory design integration projects and process testing at customer sites. You will also be involved in process trials and testing and optimisation in the lab located in the Dublin office.

What you need:

* 3+ years' experience in PLC Programming (Rockwell/Siemen's)
* Strong development experience across PLC, HMI and SCADA controls
* Commercial exposure to motor control
* Experience in electrical cabinet design
* Willingness to travel to customer sites to evaluate product performance
* Excellent interpersonal skills
