Senior Software Engineer

Dublin or fully remote within Ireland

€75K - €80K p/a + benefits

Tech Stack

Java, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Linux, Git

You'll be joining a team of less than 10 people, an Irish analytics startup (established and well funded) who are continuing to grow... you'll be one of the most senior members on the team, a huge hire for the company at this stage.

They're moving everything to Microservices at the moment, you'll obviously be a key player in that migration - if you've helped companies do something similar before that would be ideal. They're running on GCP using Kubernetes, if you could make the call on an ideal candidate for this it would be someone who has worked in a startup before, someone who can make big architectural decisions, knows Java inside and out, and has some experience in DevOps.

Plenty of freedom, responsibility, flexibility and some nice problems to solve.

Experience:

* 7+ years' experience as Java Developer.
* Spring experience.
* A strong leader.
* Cloud experience (they will provide the training for GCP certs)
* Docker/Kubernetes experience.
* The ability to influence and make key architectural decisions.
* Excellent communicator.
