Level 2 Support Engineer Dublin
Working with one of the biggest companies in Ireland, this role will test you in multiple areas of technical support. If you enjoy working on multiple projects using the most up-to-date technology, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on site and remote support
* Accepting escalation form junior colleagues
* Prioritise tickets and escalate when/if required
* Document troubleshooting and fixes
* Act as a mentor to junior colleagues
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Strong technical background in with one or more of the tech roles: Windows Server, Active Directory, O365
* Experience with Networking, TCP/IP/DNS
* Network Security previous experience with firewalls, sonic walls
* Strong virtualisation experience
* Cloud experience a bonus
