Head Of Development

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with an expanding company with strong growth in international markets.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the current small team and grow the department as required
• Manage the development process from initial stages until delivery
• Analyse business requirements, conduct research and take a lead role in the design, testing and delivery of web based applications
• Prepare technical documentation as required with each stage of delivery
• Manage the legacy system and the next generation of the product as it is released
• Take responsibility for multiple complex projects
• Manage V-model SDLC
• Assist and support customers as required

Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in software development
• Knowledge of various programming languages, ideally experienced with Delphi and a strong background in .Net/.Net Core Web development
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, RDBMS
• Some experience with network monitoring/troubleshooting
• Experience with USB/Serial devices
• Previous experience in a regulated environment is highly advantageous
• Experience with Linux / Windows servers
• Knowledge of Docker, GIT, Angular or similar systems
