Exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to join a professional and friendly team in a leading IT Solutions Company.
This role would suit you if you are highly organised, have excellent communication and administrative skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Salary €30,000 -€35,000 DOE, excellent career progression and on-going training provided.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is to coordinate all projects to ensure they are delivered in an organised and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to:
- Support Project Managers and Technical Consultants
- Co-ordinate several different projects concurrently
- Co-ordinate work to meet project deliverables
- Monitor project progress and costs to ensure projects do not overrun
- Liaise with clients regarding all aspects of their project; documentation, project progress, revised costs managing expectations
- Ensure client queries are dealt with in a courteous, professional and efficient manner
- Implement procedures to improve efficiency and client experience
Essential Skills
- 2 years plus experience in a Project Coordinator/Administrator role
- Organisational

- Communication, both written and verbal

- Microsoft office (word and excel)
- Knowledge of CRM software an advantage
