IT Manager Dublin
We are working with a global company to help find their next IT Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire IT structure and act as a final escalation point. If you can delegate tasks and get stuck in when required. If you are a strategic leader who demonstrates the capability to drive accountability and results through motivating and empowering teams with a clear focus on talent development this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage IT department and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors
* Ensure delivery of various projects
* Support leaders in other departments such as SRE, Data and Software engineering
* IT budget management and reporting, working with finance team
* Monitor efficiency of resource use and understand the costs
* Help Define and implement our corporate and cyber security policies
* Play a key role within the Technology and Operations team, interfacing with multiple levels of the organization and helping drive results and outcomes
* Keep stakeholdersup to date on all activities that affects their individual goals and be the point contact for work status
* Estimate projects and tasks, working closely with technical, legal, finance, complianceand security teams
Key Requirements:
* 7+ years of IT management experiences preferably in a fast paced environment
* Experience managing remote teams globally
* Vendor management experience
* IT infrastructure background with strong security experience
* Take ownership of your teams work and responsibility for outcomes delivering key projects
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Run and manage processes efficiently, aligning with other teams as needed
* Able to deliver objectives assigned to you and your teams with a strong sense of urgency
