I am working with a leading Telecommunication company that specialise in VOIP technology. They offer best in class cloud-based phone applications to SME's. This opportunity is ideal for someone coming from a telecommunication background who wants to move forward in their career.
* Handle the incoming helpdesk request via phone/email
* Offer assistance to existing client with account setup and ongoing changes.
* Understand and resolve various issues the client can have.
* Keep track of all support requests using the helpdesk ticketing software
Ideal candidate Background:
* 5 years' experience in technical support in IT or online software support.
* Certification in computer networks, CCNA or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal communications skills and phone manners.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Experience in Telecom, PBX or VoIP
* Health Care
* Full Remote in Ireland
* Certifications paid for
