Senior Java Developer (Contract), €500 per day

I am currently working with a well-renowned finance company who are seeking 2x Senior Java Developers to join their globally-distributed team on a 6 month contract basis, with view of extension after. My client is looking for someone to work mainly backend with some front end work. This role can be fully remote, however the candidate must be based in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

* Develop exceptional software components using agile delivery technology
* Translate business requirements into technical design and specifications.

Requirements:

* Substantial Java/J2EE experience
* Working knowledge of Spring Frameworks, particularly around Spring Boot, Hibernate and Kafka.
* Experience working in an Agile environment
* Understanding around Microservice and REST architectures is preferable however not essential
