itContracting are seeking applications for a Dynamics CRM Developer, this is a long-term day rate contract located in Dublin.
- To plan, control, manage and be accountable for the overall delivery of a CRMCMS project(s) to meet the agreed business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of time, cost and quality.
- Scope, define, and manage timelines for the project.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that the processes, outputs, and deliverables are on time.
- Lead technical project status meetings and updates with internal teams and development partner.
- Ensure technical documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately.
- Plan and manage testing across the project to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- To be familiar with tools and technologies to be able to make the correct decisions for issues affecting the delivery of the IT project.
- Ensure requirements and business change activities are included in the project plan as defined by the technical team.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with business and ICT colleagues and suppliers, resolving conflicting priorities or issues as they arise.
- Supporting IT technical resources/ stakeholders to define the technical requirements, collaborates with the relevant parties involved and designs the supporting IT framework environment, taking account of the interdependencies for the solution proposed across the whole infrastructure.
- Collaborating with a team to write secure code and quality review same, participating in the phases of the testing cycle (solution/performance/accessibility and security) debugging as required.
- Reviewing and enhancing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to provide accurate and meaningful information on both internal and external customer engagements.
- Ensuring interoperability between the various sources of information, written, verbal, electronic to include social media to maximise both ease of access and management of the data.
- Workflow automisation such as tasks, calendars, and alerts, and giving managers the ability to track performance and productivity based on information logged within the system.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified
Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
