Solutions Architect

I'm working with a successful local fintech as they look to hire a crucial role in their business operations department. They're searching for an experienced Solutions Architect to come in and be able to bring new ideas to the table and help to integrate the systems of some fantastic new clients who are coming on board in the near future.

This is a senior level position within the department and will have a lot of autonomy and freedom to suggest new ideas and to work closely with the program managers and technical architects to solve key customer issues.

The role will be customer facing, you'll need to be confident with presenting and solving live issues. Being able to sell and also provide solutions on your feet when clients are asking how their systems will integrate and what services my client can bring to the table that takes them ahead of the competition.

To fit this department, you'll need to have a real passion for technical innovation. Someone who sees this role as much more than just a job. You'll be someone who thinks outside the box and gets a real thrill from solving technical issues.

Desired Technical Skills:

* 3+ years experience in large scale cloud based telephony support operations
* Excellent customer facing communication skills
* Strong knowledge of Genesys cloud platform
* Experience with Dynamics 365 would be a bonus but really just solid knowledge of various CRM systems is great.
* Experience being part of a customer support/contact centre environment
* Passion for innovation and a desire to join an organisation where you can have an influence
