IT Field Engineer

We are working with a rapidly expanding service provider to help them find their new IT Field Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity as they are open to taking junior candidates and training them up. They are also open to taking experienced candidates and bringing them in as a Lead Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide on site support for customers at various sites
* Help resolve windows server and networking issues
* You will be responsible for troubleshooting Active directory users
* Experience troubleshooting a variety of technical issues ie. server operating systems, Office 365, Network Software, Backup devices, connectors
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are kept updated with issues and possible fixes
* Work with suppliers to price equipment and ensuring budgets are met

Key Requirements:

* 2 years of IT support experience
* Strong knowledge base with O365, Active Directory
* Experience working with Networking protocols, TCP/IP, Lan/WAN, DNS etc
* Experience working on Windows servers
* Experience with Linux, SQL and Hardware is desirable but non-essential
