WorkStyle Development Team - Join a new team based in Dublin to deliver a new product which will allow companies to manage new ways of working whereby self-empowerment, visibility and engagement is a key focus. The solution will integrate with other modern collaborative tools to provide an holistic solution to managing employees whatever the style of work. This B2B solution aims to satisfy the employers’ needs to offer flexible working to employees and to offer employees an easy and engaging means to keep up their end of the commitment.
The solution is built on a new Azure Cloud platform leveraging PaaS to provide for an evolving continuous delivery pipeline of features and enhancements. The UI consists of an Angular SPA front-end running within our .NET Core clean architecture solution. This is only the beginning.
I am looking to add a senior Front End UI developer to the team who will bring their skills to deliver remarkable user interactions within the overall UX. We consider UX pivotal to success and invest in getting it exactly right every time.
Working with Azure DevOps, we design our solutions and plan work using Agile to create our iterations which are aimed at delivering working software quickly. All the while adhering to sound architecture and good coding principles, we try to keep out technical debt and keep our options open.
Please note that this is not a junior role and that a technical and practical assessment exercise will be part of the interview process. You must also be already permitted to work in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Develop new and enhance user facing features, writing reusable code and libraries.
Bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.
Define how the application looks and how it works for the users.
Translate UI/UX design to actual code.
Enhance application for maximum user value, speed and scalability.
Finish off your tasks with full test coverage, assist with automation.
Work with business stakeholders and your team to provide feedback, high level estimates and recommendations for solutions to business goals.
You will be immersed in all aspects of the SDLC; from requirements analysis and design documentation, to code management and reviews, development and testing.

Skills:
Both written and verbal fluency in English is a pre-requisite
5+ years of experience in similar roles
Demonstrable experience in UI development – examples would be great.
Very strong Angular 8/.NET Core + capabilities with Azure Cloud platforms
Working understanding of the application of UX design thinking
Develop and manage UI tests and testing.
Mange your IDE in line with Azure DevOps/TFS/VS 2019

Desirable:
HR/Workforce Mgt.,Time & Attendance domain experience
Certifications – Microsoft, UX, UI
Knowledge of image authoring tools
