We are recruiting an experienced Product Manager to join our team of product and tech experts. As the Senior Product Manager for Department stores, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class Tax-Free experience to department store merchants and their international customers/consumers.

You will set the strategic direction of the products and features required by department stores, define the roadmap, generate product requirements, determine specifications, set priorities and timetables and assure the successful execution of the implementation. You will be interacting with the Business Units, Commercial Units as well as all other functions inside the Product Organization and Technology.

What you will do

Agree and maintain the Product Strategy for department stores in Tax-Free.
*

Assess market feedback and drive product evolution and innovation.
*

Establish vision, communicate those to stakeholders and keep track of progress.
*

Define the product/feature requirements based on inputs from Commercial Units, Technology and business strategy.
*

Own, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog (in collaboration with Business Units and technology)
*

Promote the product internally and to external customers and partners
*

Establishes and manages KPI's for the products and features.

Who you are

*

Strong experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, ideally on an international basis.
*

Bachelor Diploma or Equivalent.
*

Experience creating go-to-market strategies.
*

Proven track record of providing comprehensive market analysis including competitor research, customer segmentation etc.
*

Experience creating compelling and effective positioning, messaging and marketing content.
*

Knowledge of creating effective sales enablement tools.
*

Experience working as a Product Manager in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
*

Very strong business analysis skills and ability to understand and shape efficient processes.
*

Ability to define business process and rules with a strong technical focus - actively seeks innovative ways to improve processes, products, and user experience.
*

People Management skills in virtual and intercultural teams.
*

Organizational, presentation and planning skills.
*

Ability to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which Products are enhanced and developed.
*

Strong communication skills.
*

Excellent presentation skills.
*

Fluent in English.
