Aspira are currently searching for a Scrum Master;

Experience: 

• 5+ years pure scrum master experience in software delivery 
• 10+ years’ experience in IT delivery 
• Scrum master certified 
• Expert level agile methodologies and tools; understands best practices for planning, tracking and improving agile cadence 
• Experience as scrum master for 3+ scrum teams 
• Experience in setting up scrum teams or establishing an agile cadence a plus but not essential 
• Experience in insurance / financial services industry a plus but not essential
