Aspira are urgently seeking a Business Analyst to work for one of our clients in the Utilities Sector in Dublin or Cork.
This is a 6 months’ contract, remote initially, with on-site presence in the Dublin or Cork office required post-restrictions.
Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the identification and capture of inputs to a new business charging policy document. This policy will set out the position for harmonised charging in the relevant area.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and capturing data inputs to the new tariff structured model
- Data capture and analysis to understand the potential impact on customer’s bills from moving to a new structure
- Co-ordination with Local Authorities and across the business to capture inputs
- Facilitate workshops with Customer Relation
- Support on key business decision, definition, and resolution to support the new tariff definition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Maths, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience with identifying, capturing, and analysing data with business impact
- Mathematical skills
- Experience running business requirements workshops
- Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Experience in the utilities sector an advantage
