Head of Product
My Client is seeking a Head of Product to drive the company’s vision, strategy, and innovation over the coming years. The mission is to build out next generation products that will be highly configurable, extensible, and flexible. You will lead and guide a team of product owners, developing the capabilities of the team in the execution of the product roadmap for each product line. Discover new opportunities, create new sources of revenue, and launch new data driven products. Responsibilities:
• Be Responsible for product strategy and its implementation across all product lines
• Ensure roadmaps are delivered against objectives incorporating research, customer feedback and commercial targets.
• Manage the product team and cultivate the mindset across the company
• Drive new product development and innovation throughout the organisation
• Collaborate with the engineering, customer, and commercial team in solving customer problems
• Develop a deep understating of the industry and recognise changing trends

Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience working in a product management role
• Strong understanding of agile/lean techniques
• You are a clear communicator and reasoned decision maker
• Recognise the value of great f UX and its impact to customers / users
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions at all levels
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partnerships with technical leads
