holders whether they be 'Employer' or 'Candidate' |

As a user you must agree to use the site and it's
facilities on it for your intended purposes and
at all times act in good faith. |

ComputerJobs.ie requires you to generate a password-activated
account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of same password. ComputerJobs.
ie are not liable for any losses incurred as a result
of an unauthorized person using your password on
your account either with or without your knowledge.

and trademarks or it's suppliers and customers,
and is protected by national and international intellectual
property laws. You are granted a limited licence
solely for your own personal use. Any use of the

for the accuracy of their postings or job form and
that ComputerJobs.ie is not responsible for any loss
of profit, loss of revenue, damage or liability
arising out of the users errors. |

ComputerJobs.ie reserves the right to terminate a
users account facility or access to the site, if
it deems that the said such account holder's actions
are in conflict with our terms and conditions or
spirit of it. |

In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you
also agree to our pricing structure (THIS APPLIES
ONLY TO EMPLOYERS- COMPUTER PROFESSIONALS ARE FREE
OF CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING) |

All single slot advertising fees are payable in
full in advance. Payment may be made by credit card,
cheque, direct debit or money transfer on the placing
of an advertisement. Payment is due irrespective
of the duration for which the advertisement remains
live and irrespective also of the suitability or
number of replies received. Advertisements are placed
for 60 day periods or multiples thereof, and should
be visible to job seekers and candidates 24/7 for
this period. While every effort will be made to
ensure that advertised positions are visible to
site visitors at all times, ComputerJobs.ie cannot
accept liability for any periods during which the
site may be unavailable, whether for technical or
maintenance reasons, or other factors outside our
control. |

Where a client removes an advertisement prior
to the expiry date for that position or advertising
package, no refund is payable to the client for
any unused time, and the client will be invoiced
for the full period including unused time at the
appropriate rate. Where a Job advertisement is removed
prior to the expiry date for the Job Pack purchased,
an alternative position may be substituted at no
extra charge, and this position will be visible
up to the original expiry date. Any advertisement
placed by the client may be expired by the client
at any time. The client will be charged for the
period originally contracted, subject to ComputerJobs.ie
receiving 60 days notice of the service no longer
being required. This clause only applies to advertising
contracts in excess of 60 days. No refunds are allowed
for 30 or 60 day contracts. Refunds are given at
the discretion of company management. |
| 14. |
It is the responsibility of clients to ensure
that all advertisements are accurate and legal and
do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race,
religion, age, disability, and that all advertisements
comply with all relevant Irish national and EC regulations
in relation to same. ComputerJobs.ie cannot accept
responsibility for any loss or damage to the client
as a result omission, or failure to comply with
the relevant regulations. ComputerJobs.ie reserves
the sole right to remove any advertisements without
prior notice, which it considers breaches or may
breach these regulations. |
| 15. |
All non credit card client accounts are payable
within 14 days of their account and advertising
and CV view pack being live. ComputerJobs.ie reserves
the right to suspend service without notice in the
event of a client account remaining unpaid. |
| 16. |
ComputerJobs.ie does not at any time guarantee or
warranty the quality or number of CV's that may
be viewable on the site using the CV Views package,
or replies that may be received by the advertiser
as a result of placing an advertisement on ComputerJobs.ie |
| 17. |
Obligations Of Recruitment Agencies.
Recruitment Agencies undertake as follows. To use
CV obtained through ComputerJobs.ie for the sole purpose
of endeavouring to locate suitable employment on
their behalf. Not to pass candidate details to third
parties without the candidate's permission. To obtain
the express consent of candidates prior to submitting
his or her CV to any potential employer. |

Computer Professional Users
Candidates and Job seekers are obliged to use ComputerJobs.ie
website functions solely for the purposes for which
they are intended, ie securing employment through
our advertisers. Candidate may register and place
their personal details online in order to use the
job board services, and do so entirely at their
own risk. ComputerJobs.ie is not liable for misuse
of information submitted by any candidate by any
third party. ComputerJobs.ie reserve the sole right
to remove a candidates details from the database,
without prior notice or discussion, where candidates
are found to be in breach of our Terms Of Use. |

Security
While every effort is made by ComputerJobs.ie to ensure
integrity and security, ComputerJobs.ie makes no warranty
in relation to security, content, computer viruses,
or malicious programs, or that the site will operate
without interruption or error free. ComputerJobs.ie
does not accept liability for any loss or damage,
however caused, as a result of any breaches of security.
This exclusion also applies to CV or data submitted
on diskette, email or otherwise to agencies and
potential employers by candidates. |

The laws of Ireland govern this agreement. |
