Deskside Support Engineer - Dublin
Our client, a multinational IT company, require a Deskside Support Engineer with 6 months' experience and strong troubleshooting skills to join their dynamic team. Initially on a temporary contract, the successful candidate will work on site in one of Irelands leading managed service providers.
This company are at the fore front of providing hardware components as well as software and related services to its consumers. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture, with offices in North Dublin.

What will I do as a Desktop Support Engineer?

* Basic Server and exchange support including adding/removing users.
* Providing remote support.
What do I need to become a Desktop Support Engineer?
* 6+ months hand on commercial desktop support experience in a busy IT environment.
* Commercial experience in remote PC fault diagnosis/troubleshooting.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with PC hardware.
* Strong Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite exp.
* Relevant degree or Certifications e.g. CompTIA, MCP etc.
* Excellent communication skills.
