Our client is an innovative provider of distribution, SCM and ERP software solutions and support. Due to ongoing success, they are now looking for an ERP Support Manager to join their team.

As the ERP Support Manager, you’ll provide a high quality service to users of our client’s ERP system.
Reporting to the Support Director, you’ll liaise directly with customers to ensure that any issues are fully resolved. You’ll prioritise problems depending on their severity level and swiftly diagnose faults to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Additionally, you’ll help to deliver published upgrades and carry out routine maintenance activities.
Interested? To be considered, you must have:
- Experience in an ERP support or IT support position that included working with an ERP warehousing, logistics and/or supply chain system
- Exposure to finance, including dealing with invoices and goods received
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- An interest in implementation
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Logical and pragmatic, as the ERP Support Manager, you’ll have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. You will also have a strong customer-focus and great prioritisation abilities.
Experience gained within a healthcare environment would be beneficial.
