ShannSoft is a computer network support company operating since 2000.
We are expanding our IT support services in Limerick City and are looking to recruit an individual with a broad range of technology skills.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and will have the following responsibilities:

• Telephone, remote and on-site IT network support for a client base primarily in the Mid West of Ireland and further afield.
• Work closely with other support staff to maintain a high quality of service for the client base.
• Assist in the roll out of new Servers/PC’s/Laptop’s (software and hardware).

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline (e.g. Microsoft Professional Certifications, Cisco Certifications etc.)
• Knowledge of the majority of the following OS and software platforms: Windows Servers 2008-2016, Windows 10/7/8, Office 365, Terminal Services, MS-SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Full clean driving license
• Excellent spoken English, good communication skills, a positive attitude and courteous manner.
