Technical Lead – Java

We are currently supporting an exciting start up find a Technical leader (Java) to manage and lead a team of 6. The established start-up have been in business for some time and are at a stage, which will give them the platform to grow and develop over the coming months.

You will be responsible for managing a cross functional team and as well as development – you will also be responsible for design, code reviews, and scrum master duties. You will not only manage developers, but will also be responsible for QA, BA, documentation and design staff.

To be successful in this role you should come from 5/6 years of hands-on development in a Java / JEE environment and should have had some leadership/architect responsibility. Ideally you should have worked in an Agile and worked in a collaborative environment.
