An opportunity has arisen for an Agile Software Development Manager to join a global organisation to lead develop and work on, ongoing B2B and B2C projects moving forward. The team is a web development team where you will manage up to 10 people, also working alongside BA's Devops, Build and QA teams in an Agile environment. 

This role presents the opportunity to work on a variety of up and coming, fresh projects and will be responsible for growing the team and driving a collaborative and learning environment. 

You will be given the responsibility to mentor your team in best scrum/agile practices and assist with developing their technical skills. 
Experience wise, you need to understand Agile and it would be great if you are scrum certified. You should have solid experience in web development and have worked with current technologies.
