Job Description – |
-Installation and support of Costa Systems’ ePOS systems. |
-Telephone, email and online support. |
-Training new and existing customers. |
|
Experience/Ideal Candidate – |
-Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system. |
-An understanding of TCPIP and SQL would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given. |
-Excellent telephone manner. |
-Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative, with strong problem solving skills. |
