We require a candidate to join our growing IT Team as an IT Support Technician.

Job Description –

-Installation and support of Costa Systems’ ePOS systems.

-Telephone, email and online support.

-Training new and existing customers.

Experience/Ideal Candidate –

-Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system.

-An understanding of TCPIP and SQL would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given.

-Excellent telephone manner.

-Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative, with strong problem solving skills.
