Project Manager

Our client has undergone sustained growth both in market share and expanding its office network in Ireland the UK and Europe. They offer innovative IT business management solutions and are experts in implementing ERP solutions.

They are expanding rapidly and as part of that expansion they need a project manager to work with both the Implementation consulting team the company’s clients to ensure that all projects are meeting their key performance targets.

The role is responsible for tracking and maintaining progress of all assigned projects in the system ensuring all projects are on time and within budget. Assist the sales team with estimates on projects as well as liaising with the sales team on emerging sales. Work with the support team managers to handover cross over clients and ensure all clients are getting clear and consistent updates on their project

To carry out these responsibilities you will meet and greet the new client and walk them through the standard project process. Plan and coordinate project activities with the delivery consultants. Assign the work schedule of multiple projects to delivery consultants. Monitor and supervise assigned projects from sales handover to support handover. Initiate and track the work to completeness. Timely and accurate production of regular Project Reports. Ensure that the invoicing is backed up and completed on each Project and report weekly on billable elements for your project/ consultants.

You should have a strong background in project management and/or Implementation consultancy of business applications solutions.

This position is involved from initial contact to final sign off of all projects and will need excellent communication skills the ability to take on responsibility for multiple projects. Be aware of Project timelines and Budgets at all times. Capable of co-operative working with sales/ consultants / support & clients and demonstrable awareness of responsibility to clients and colleagues.
