Junior (Level 1) IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities;
· Resolution and diagnosis of network and system faults at a 1st line support level
· Proactive alarm/backup alert management
· Monitor, action (and delegate where necessary) all incident queues on a daily basis
· Take ownership of complex investigations and work closely with 2nd line Technical Support.
Skills and experience required;
· Experience of computer networking with relevant qualifications
· 1st/2nd line support experience of windows networks
· Excellent customer facing skills and experience of working in a client facing environment
· Previous experience of Incident/fault management processes
· Basic Networking, Server/Desktop Hardware, SQL
Mandatory
· Full clean driver’s license
· Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role
