Senior Systems Engineer
Mandatory:
· Project experience with Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2012, Hyper-V Replica and Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 configuration and administration.
Responsibilities include:
· Resolve any network issues or user problems involving:
· Windows 2003/2008/2012, Windows SBS 2008 to 2011, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, OWA, VMware, HyperV, SAN infrastructure, Terminal Services, SSL VPN and remote access systems.
· Projects – leading and driving to a successful conclusion within the required timeframe, including drafting all relevant project management documentation.
Key requirements:
· Fluent spoken and written English
· Full clean driver’s license
· At least 5 years hands-on experience in a Level 3 Senior Network Support role, including the following areas:
· Excellent working knowledge of critical Network Services (Active Directory, Group Policy,
· DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, FTP)
· Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Windows SBS 2003-2011
· Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 configuration and administration
· Remote access technologies, network access control, security and connectivity issues
· Excellent working knowledge of configuration of production virtual-machine environments
· Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network-related issues in a time-critical and pressured environment.
