We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Developer who can deliver front-end web solutions, rich HTML emails, Flash and HTML banners.

It goes without saying that you’ll be highly motivated individual and have a strong strong portfolio. You’ll also be comfortable communicating with colleagues and outside parties.

You will be a passionate, talented Flash and web developer, who can help plan, build and bring brilliant work to life, all while following creative and technical guidelines.

The role will include developing new solutions, as well as updating and enhancing existing applications.

The role will require you to:

·       Be a self-starter with a proven ability to manage your own time and workload

·       Be innovative, creative, flexible and self-directed, and an excellent communicator

·       Have the appetite and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks

·       Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Design and write high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code

·       Develop against approved functional and technical specification documents

·       Quickly learn, understand, and support existing applications

·       Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Essential skills:

·         3rd level qualification in a multimedia or software development based course

·         High level of proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and Flash

·         Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (such as JQuery, AngularJS)

·         Demonstrable knowledge of design frameworks (Twitter Bootstrap, JQuery UI, HTML5 Boilerplate)

·         High level of proficiency in Photoshop

Desired skills:

·         Knowledge of responsive web development

·         Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JSON

·         Knowledge of Wordpress

·         Knowledge of SEO principles
