Microsoft Licensing Compliance Project Manager,

The Microsoft Licensing Specialist engages with Customers via Mail and Phone to assist customer’s compliance level against agreed Service Levels.
A prominent duty of the role is to directly interface with clients, partners and field sales to assist licensing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction while maximizing customer revenue contribution across Microsoft product, Online and service offerings.

Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 6+ Years in a compliance PM role
• Understanding of Microsoft product offering and Licencing Rules
• Strong Project Management experience
• 2nd European (Non English) Language a distinct advantage
• Strong understanding of hosted /cloud /data centre/server infrastructure environments
•Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an IT related discipline IT industry experience
•Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

•Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills
•Work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
