Our Client is looking for a number or German speaking Customer Service Representatives / Call Centre Agents for their European Service Centre in North Dublin.
Note: Open to overseas candidates, Interviews can be carried out over Skype and the company will contribute towards the flights over to Ireland.

What will I be doing as a German CSR?
• Professionally and courteously manage incoming Customer enquiries
• Ensure that customers are aware of all relevant services and loyalty programmes.
• Track all requests and provide the customer with a timely and efficient response.
What do I need to become a German CSR?
• Fluency in German and good level of English is essential
• 1+ year experience in a busy customer service / call centre environment
• Good Team Player with ability to build and maintain relationships
Be available to work shifts covering Mon to Sun 7 am to 10 pm
