What will I be doing?
- Provide senior level technical and application support
- Identify and implement application solutions and enhancements
- Troubleshoot customer issues and act as Subject Matter Expert
- Configure customer systems to meet requirements
- Perform troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and root cause analysis
What do I need to get this job?
- 3+ years' experience in a customer-focused Technical / Application / Product Support role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Fluency in English and German (or another European language - Spanish, French, Portuguese)
- Familiarity with SaaS / CRM / SFA solutions
