Job Description:
The Business Analyst who will be responsible for liaising with cross functional business and technical teams in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for both customer and in-house driven projects, delivering new and enhanced e-business process solutions.
The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Create and maintain project documentation that clearly reflects the project landscape to all relevant teams involved.
Play a key role in all phases of projects, from the conception of solutions through to their delivery.
Assist in translating proposed solutions into technical work packages.
Support developers / testers in understanding technical work packages.
Resolve conflicts between business requirements and technical solutions.
Provide pre-sales solution analysis and design support to sales team and customers.
Core business analysis including scope, requirements gathering, implementation, delivery and handover support.
Identify development/enhancement requirements for existing business processes.

Skills Requirement
IT or Business/IT degree.
3+ years in a Business Analyst (or similar e.g. project lead) role.
Experience in defining and documenting business requirements to a high standard.
Experience in analysing and documenting end to end business process flows.
Experience in working with technical teams to deliver best fit solutions.
Background in IT industry, with knowledge and experience of project delivery within common software development life cycle models.
Familiarity with supply chain business processes and technologies.
English as a first language is essential (spoken & written).
